At House of Calm, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be initiated via email at support@houseofcalm.us before shipping the item back.
Please note: Certain items such as opened candles, used skincare products, or custom-made items (if any) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover all related shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@houseofcalm.us.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@houseofcalm.us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
